County to Celebrate Opening of New West County Behavioral Health Center on Feb. 28

WHAT: County officials will be gathering to celebrate the opening of Contra Costa Health Services’ new behavioral health center in West County. The center will provide mental health and addiction-treatment services for adults and youth. The new facility will replace the aging county mental health clinics at 41st Street in Richmond and on El Portal Drive in San Pablo.
WHO: Speakers at the event will include Supervisor John Gioia, Contra Costa Health Services Director Anna Roth and Behavioral Health Director Suzanne Tavano.
WHEN: Friday, February 28th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
