What:
Forum on Healthy Communities: How to Support Family and Community.
A forum on how families and communities can receive support. The event is designed to be a presentation and dialogue with the Latino community and will address a range of topics such as diabetes, AIDS, cancer, mental health, Alzheimer's, nutrition, health insurance and education.
Health professionals will present forum in Spanish.
Who:
Sponsors include the Monument Community Partnership The Association of Alzheimer's, the Wellness Community and Contra Costas' Health Services.
When:
Wednesday, May 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where:
Cambridge Elementary School
