Welcome to Contra Costa EMS Ambulance Patient Offload Time (APOT) reporting system. Hospitals play a critical role in assuring 9-1-1 ambulances are available for the next 9-1-1 call. Access to timely APOT reporting is known to improve ambulance patient offload times while recognizing facilities that perform at consistently high levels.
